Founder-led agent forge

We forge AI agents.
They run your workflows.

Agentic workflows that read, decide and act across your tools, and stop to ask a person when it matters.

The problem

Good people, stuck on busywork.

Retyping orders. Sorting inboxes. Chasing approvals. It eats days every week, and most of it doesn't need a person.

Everyday tools like email, spreadsheets, chat, documents and calendars feeding one workflow that turns them into finished work

Agentic flows

Not a chatbot. A flow that runs.

An agent takes the job end to end: reads the email or document, decides what it means, acts in your systems, and flags what looks off. Live in days, not months.

How it works

One call. One flow.

A free 30-minute call. We scope one flow, quote a fixed price and timeline, temper it against your real examples, then hand it over.

Four steps on one line: a call, scoping one workflow, testing, handover
Honest advice

Simple job? Use a tool.
Messy job? Go custom.

If an existing tool does the job, or AI is the wrong fix, we'll say so on the first call.

Yours to keep

Your agents. Your keys.

You get the code, plain-English instructions your team can edit, a log of every action and docs. Run it yourself, or we run it for you.

Most workflows use an AI model from a provider such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, and the text they process goes to that provider. During scoping we agree what the workflow can access, which providers it uses, and what it will cost to run: hosting, AI usage and any paid tools.
